When architect, designer, and builder share a vision of quality and an attention to detail, this is the result. This house was originally built in 1913 but has been lovingly renovated to modern standards. This exceptional project carefully matches new custom mill work to existing trim, maintains consistency in fit and finish of all new and old hardware, and assures that the charm of the old world lives on in the modern age. Every surface and piece of mill work throughout the house was re-finished, but the majority of the work took place in reconfiguring the kitchen, master bedroom, family room, children's bedroom, and third floor library. We are foremost a residential builder, but for years we’ve offered design services in-house. Working this closely with architects has given us insights and working methods few builders can duplicate.
